non-defective returns please
review the regular RMA Policy.
CPU Warranty
All OEM CPU's carry 30-Day
replacement warranty (unless
specified) against
defects due to manufacturing or
failure.
Warranty does not include over
clocking, use of CPU without
cooling fan, applying improper
voltage, bent pins, or any use
of
the CPU outside the normal
operation it is intended for by
the manufacturer.
All CPU's/Item will processed
for replacement/refund only if
the product is received by
StarMicro Inc within 30-Days of
the invoice date.
All Boxed CPU's[retail] carry
90-Day Warranty form StarMicro
Inc and carries 3-Year Warranty
from Manufacturer[StarMicro
Inc.request the customer to
request the replacement warranty
with manufacturer directly].
All products are OEM access and
may be used for testing.
All low end
products are OEM access and may
be used for testing.
No opened box
retail cpu's are accepted for
refund.
Memory
Warranty
All Memory
Modules carry 90Days
Functional Replacement Warranty

specified]. Please check
your manufacturer's manual for

assist you in getting the right
memory upgrade for your system.

Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for
shipping returned items back
to StarMicro Inc. All
replacement products are shipped
UPS Ground. This is the industry
standard for online orders.
Customers may request an upgrade
to FedEx shipping at customers`
own expense.
Note:
All the Products returned for
replacement/refund must include
the original invoice. Warranty
is void if product is physically
damaged in any way, due to
customer mistake etc.
Warranty is void if serial tags,
receiving numbers, product
stickers, or manufacturer seals
have been removed, altered or
tampered with.
StarMicro Inc does not accept
returns for any opened
retail/sealed packages unless
customer receives open
package.
WARRANTY FOR PROCESSORS FOR ANY
KIND OF PHYSICAL DAMAGE MUST BE
REPORTED WITHIN FIRST 48 HOURS
OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT OF ITEM, OR
WARRANTY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
The Product will no longer in
warranty if mishandling,
improper use, or defacing of the
product that would normally void
manufacturer's warranty has
occurred. Products damaged due
to improper or inadequate
packaging when returned for RMA
purposes are not granted
warranty coverage.
All returned products
are subject to verification to
check if the product belongs to
StarMicro Inc.
